Overview
By registering for or attending any Conscious Soul Club (CSC) event, transmission, course, or retreat (hereafter “Event”), you agree that this experience is for personal development and educational purposes only. CSC, including its founders, facilitators, and support team, are not licensed medical professionals or mental health practitioners. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.
Participation is voluntary. You are solely responsible for your wellbeing—emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically. You acknowledge that all teachings, practices, and transmissions offered are to be engaged with at your own discretion, and should not replace professional medical advice or prescribed treatments.
CSC and its affiliates accept no liability for any injuries, emotional distress, losses, or consequences resulting from your participation.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products & Online Courses
All sales of digital courses, programs, and downloads are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted. Please purchase mindfully.
Live Online Events (including Energy Transmissions & Workshops)
All purchases for live online sessions are strictly non-refundable, as spaces are limited and energetic preparation begins upon registration.
In-Person Retreats & Immersive Events
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. All payments are non-refundable. However, you may gift or transfer your ticket to another participant by notifying CSC in writing. No-shows will forfeit the entire ticket value.
If CSC Cancels or Postpones an Event (Force Majeure)
In the event CSC must cancel or postpone a retreat or live event due to circumstances beyond our control—such as pandemics, global cybersecurity shutdowns, natural disasters, political unrest, travel bans, illness, or government restrictions—your ticket will be fully transferable to another future CSC event or retreat within 3 years. No cash refunds will be issued in such cases, but credit will be retained.
CSC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred such as travel, accommodation, missed work, or visa issues. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.
Health & Safety Responsibility
By attending a CSC event, you confirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate. You agree to disclose any relevant medical or mental health conditions prior to joining, and to take personal responsibility for your wellbeing during the experience. If your condition requires ongoing care or professional support, we recommend organizing this independently prior to the event.
CSC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant under the influence of drugs/alcohol, or those displaying disruptive, threatening, or unsafe behavior, without refund.
Photography & Media Consent
By attending our events, you grant CSC permission to use any images or recordings taken during the experience for marketing or educational purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise prior to the event.
Payment Plans
By entering a payment plan, you commit to completing the full payment by the agreed date. If you cancel after partial payment, all amounts paid are non-refundable. You may transfer the ticket once fully paid.
